Ball mill structure features:
It mainly contains the host composed of a barrel body, the main bearings, a frame portion ;driving part which consists of the drive motor and the deceleration device; feeding, discharging part. Hollow shaft is casted by steel and the liner is ***achable, rotary gear is made from casting hobbing, cylinder body is studded with wear resistant liner.
Ball mill operating principle :
When the mill working, cylinder body rotates around the axis and the grinding medium in the inner part of the cylinder body is raised to a certain height, a throw or cascading state. Ore grinding is mainly depending on the grinding medium ‘s drop i***ct force and the grinding action of the movement. Material is continuously sent into the rotary body from the feed opening and crushed by the movement of the grinding medium . Through the overflow or material potentiometer materials will be discharged out of the cylinder body for the next process.
